 Light a candle, get comfortable and breathe. Join this slow-paced, gentle mindfulness group to put stress on pause while you focus on yourself. Together in our own quiet spaces, we will practice mindful breathing and other meditation techniques to a soothing soundtrack. *No experience is needed to participate.
